Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Zenfashion, your convenience is our priority. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we handle your orders to ensure they reach you safely and on time. By placing an order with us, you agree to the guidelines outlined below. 

Where We Deliver 

We’re thrilled to offer delivery across all pin codes in India. Currently, we’re unable to ship internationally, but we’re working on expanding soon! 

Order Processing Time 

Once you’ve placed an order, we jump into action. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

As soon as your order is processed, we’ll send you an email with all the details to keep you in the loop. 

Estimated Delivery Time 

You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days, depending on your location. We aim to get your fashion favorites to your doorstep as quickly as possible. 

What Happens If Delivery Fails? 

If a delivery attempt doesn’t succeed because of an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or a refusal to accept the package: 

Our delivery partner will try two more times to deliver your order. 

If all attempts fail, the package will be sent back to us. You can request a re-delivery, though additional shipping charges may apply. 

Damaged or Lost Packages 

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of receiving it, along with a photo of the damage. 

In rare cases where a package is lost during transit, we’ll work with our courier partner to resolve the issue. Based on the outcome, we’ll provide a replacement or refund. 

Special Delivery Notes 

Some items, like delicate fabrics or bulkier clothing bundles, might have specific delivery requirements. Any such details will be mentioned clearly on the product page.
